Jesus calms a storm

Rose a strong gale and the waves threw themselves on the boat, so it was filling with water. Jesus was in the stern, asleep with his head on a pillow. The disciples woke him and cried: "Master, you do not mind that we are perishing?" He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the sea: "Be still! Calm down! "The wind ceased, and there was complete calm.   (Mark 4:37-39 - NIV)

During our journey, we live the days of blue sky, bright sunshine, scattered clouds, but there are days when the wind blows strong and severe storms are knocking at our door. We got scared greatly, so that we think is the end and that God does not care about our lives.

Maybe today is in your life, a black day, and heavy clouds so hectic that you feel in the midst of a hurricane's eye, without getting at least remember that God loves you and He has a solution to any problem that may arise, even if this problem sounds like a giant wave, like the tsunami, devastating everything that arrives, bringing death and destruction .... A wind so strong that it managed to pull his memory so many victories that the Lord has given you, in times when you believed that there was no exit.

Maybe this tsunami is a health problem, or perhaps the impending end of her marriage, or perhaps a child who does not realize they are heading for a cliff. ... But I want to tell you at this time that the Lord Jesus has not changed. From everlasting to everlasting He is God loves you and has all the power to rebuke the wind and sea, and at any moment all he can calm this storm.

Cry to the Lord! Believe it! And it will make a great calm. The Lord our God calls us to move to another room, living certain situations, so we can grow in faith, to know him more. Cry to the Lord! Believe it! Believe that the Lord Jesus will bring peace, tranquility and new horizons.
